Quality Standards

DSS utilizes the state of the art computer system Pentagon 2000sql. Through this system we can manage inventory and rapidly determine the location of material within our facility, as well as lot traceability.

Defense Support Services' (DSS) quality system is registered to international quality standard ISO9001:2000. Additionally, we are AS9100 Revision B certified, in accordance with AS9104, and listed on the DLA Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD).

To ensure the highest quality of our products DSS performs incoming inspections on all material lots to aerospace and drawings specifications using industry accepted sampling plan ANSI/ASQC Z1.5.
